Me Stéphane Perras practices in all Quebec Courts, including Arbitration and Administrative Tribunals.
Among other things, he acts as prosecutor and legal advisor for several companies and financial institutions. His practice leads him to provide legal opinions, elaborate guaranties for mortgage creditors, proceed to collection mandates and, if necessary, to guaranties’ realization.
His community commitment is quite remarkable. Me Perras has been on the board of various non profit community and sports organizations of the region such as the Chambre de Commerce de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Moreover, the Association des gens d’affaires de Soulanges and the Centres Sportifs de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield benefit from his involvement and expertise.
